A Journey of Discovery
As I step into my forties, fueled by endless coffee and the whirlwind of motherhood, I’m embracing the adventure of raising two soon-to-be tweens—Della (9) and Emma (8). It’s a wild ride, and I know I’m not navigating it alone. Hence, Ina Figures It Out—a space to share stories, tips, and insights on embracing this exciting chapter of life. Watching Della and Emma transition from childhood into the early tween years is equal parts joyful and eye-opening. The shift in our mother-daughter dynamic sparked the idea for this blog, though one thing is clear: their privacy is something I’m committed to protecting along the way.
It’s a thrilling, sometimes messy, season in our house, full of growth, laughter, and new experiences. As they evolve so quickly, I’m constantly reminded of how fleeting these moments are and how vital it is to stay present and love them fiercely every day. I’ve learned that prioritizing mom’s self-care is key to keeping the balance, so on this blog, I plan to also share my journey at 40, focusing on health, home, and the things that bring me joy. Come join me in this journey of making the most of every single day. – Ina
